What we help with

Every project starts with a walkthrough and a written proposal — the estimated incentive and your share, before any work starts.

In Southeast Queens? You may be in a bonus area.

Con Edison's Neighborhood Program offers bonus incentives to eligible properties on its Jamaica electric network — and it's the only place Small Business lighting incentives are offered in 2026.

Frequently asked questions

What does Clean Ridge Energy do?

We help small businesses, nonprofits and multifamily buildings in NYC and Westchester use Con Edison's energy-efficiency programs: we assess the building, scope the upgrades, prepare the program application, and coordinate licensed installers through to the program's final inspection.

Are you Con Edison?

No. Clean Ridge Energy is an independent company (Atlantic Ridge Group LLC). The incentives come from Con Edison's programs and are subject to their rules, eligibility review and available funding.

Which areas do you serve?

Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, Staten Island and Westchester County — Con Edison's electric service territory. The Rockaway Peninsula and a few northern Westchester communities are served by other utilities.

What does it cost to find out if I qualify?

The online eligibility check takes about two minutes and carries no obligation. If it looks like a fit, we schedule a walkthrough and give you a written proposal showing the estimated incentive and your share of the cost before any work begins.
